Salutare,
Incerc de aproape o saptamana sa fac upload de o tema wordpress (din interfata) si primesc urmatorul mesaj : The link you followed has expired.P
Parametri ajustati au fost :
max_execution_time=300 (de la 30)
Folosesc versiunea PHP 7.1 cu urmatorii parametri din cpanel :

memory_limit
512M

post_max_size
128M

upload_max_filesize
   1G

La momentul upload-ului, am observat ca fisierul zip exista pe server public_html/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/
